Do Not Call Policy

Nex-Trends LLC
Last Updated: May 2026

1. Purpose

Nex-Trends LLC is committed to respecting the communication preferences of every individual and business we contact. This Do Not Call Policy outlines how we honor opt-out requests, maintain internal do not call lists, and comply with applicable federal and state telemarketing regulations — including the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

2. Scope

This policy applies to all outbound phone calls, SMS messages, and AI-assisted voice communications made by or on behalf of Nex-Trends LLC, including calls and messages initiated through our AI voice agent (Nex), our GoHighLevel automated workflows, and any human outreach conducted by our team.

3. National Do Not Call Registry

Nex-Trends LLC respects and complies with the National Do Not Call Registry. We do not knowingly contact individuals who have registered their phone numbers on the National DNC Registry for unsolicited telemarketing purposes. If you believe you have received a call or message from us in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 971-260-7929 and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

4. Internal Do Not Call List

Nex-Trends LLC maintains an internal Do Not Call list within our GoHighLevel CRM. Any individual or business that requests to be removed from our call or messaging lists will be added to our internal DNC list immediately. This list is reviewed and honored across all outbound communication workflows including voice, SMS, and email.

Requests to be added to our internal Do Not Call list are honored permanently unless the individual later provides express written consent to be contacted again.

5. How to Opt Out

You may request to be placed on our Do Not Call list at any time using any of the following methods:

  • By phone or text: Call or text 971-260-7929 and state that you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list
  • By email: Send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Call Request" and include the phone number(s) you wish to have removed
  • By SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from Nex-Trends — this removes you from all SMS workflows immediately
  • During a call: Inform our AI voice agent Nex or any team member that you do not wish to be contacted — the request will be flagged and processed within one business day
  • Via web form: Submit a contact request at nex-trends.com noting your do not call preference

6. Response Time

All Do Not Call requests are honored within 30 days of receipt in accordance with FTC regulations. Internal DNC requests made directly to our team are typically processed within one business day. Once added to our internal list, your number will not be used for outbound marketing or sales contact.

7. AI Voice Agent — Nex

Nex, our AI voice agent, is programmed to recognize and process do not call requests made during any interaction. When a caller states they do not wish to be contacted, Nex flags the contact record for immediate DNC processing and does not attempt to continue the sales or marketing interaction. All such requests are logged in our GHL CRM with a timestamp and the nature of the request.

8. Third-Party Calling on Behalf of Clients

When Nex-Trends manages AI agents, SMS workflows, or outbound communications on behalf of client businesses, both Nex-Trends and the client are responsible for maintaining compliance with DNC regulations as they apply to that client's contact list. Nex-Trends will not knowingly initiate communications to contacts that have been flagged as do not call within the client's CRM.

9. Employee and Agent Training

All Nex-Trends team members and contractors involved in outbound communications are informed of this policy and required to honor do not call requests immediately. Violations of this policy by team members are treated as a serious compliance matter.

10. Record Keeping

Nex-Trends LLC maintains records of all do not call requests including the date of the request, the channel through which it was received, the phone number or contact identifier, and the action taken. These records are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with FTC record-keeping guidelines.

11. Regulatory Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with:

  • TCPA — Telephone Consumer Protection Act
  • FTC Do Not Call regulations — 16 CFR Part 310
  • State telemarketing laws — including Arizona statutes governing telephone solicitations
  • A2P 10DLC carrier requirements — for compliant SMS outbound messaging

12. Violations and Complaints

If you believe Nex-Trends has violated this policy or applicable telemarketing law, please contact us immediately:

You also have the right to file a complaint with the FTC at donotcall.gov or with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

13. Policy Updates

Nex-Trends LLC reserves the right to update this Do Not Call Policy at any time to reflect changes in law or business practice. Updates will be reflected in the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
