Nex-Trends provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: AI voice agents, website design and hosting, AI clone video production, time-lapse video, SMS marketing automation, GoHighLevel CRM setup and management, lead funnels, email campaigns, and book publishing support. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Nex-Trends — including designs, copy, code, videos, and marketing assets — remains the intellectual property of Nex-Trends LLC until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the applicable service agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary systems, templates, or processes without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information necessary to deliver services, respond to reasonable requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws in your use of our deliverables — including SMS marketing compliance, advertising standards, and licensing requirements.

6. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Nex-Trends reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nex-Trends LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, lead generation, or AI-driven services.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, HeyGen, and others. Nex-Trends is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party providers that affect service delivery.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable contract. Nex-Trends reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
